Resorts & casinos

56 tracked properties. Sentiment is net board sentiment over public board and social posts from the last 30 days: +100 all positive, −100 all negative, shown only where at least 3 scored posts exist (a dash with a count means the sample is too thin). The full-year view is on the Sentiment page. Click through for every mention.

Warming & cooling

Change = net board sentiment in the last 60 days minus the same score over the 180-day baseline before them, weighted by the square root of recent scored volume, so a swing backed by real discussion outranks the same swing on a handful of posts. The recent window needs 5 scored posts, the baseline 10. This measures movement against the property's own reputation: a property can run negative here while staying near the top of the sentiment tables, because a first scored complaint after a clean half-year is itself the news. Hover a bar for the two windows it compares; click its number for the posts.
