Offers and promotions the boards are talking about, from the last 30 days: mailers and free play, resort credits and comps, rate drops, and the deals people are hunting. Numbers open the postings behind them.
Over the 30 days the boards carried player reports of friction in how freeplay offers load and how offers are booked, alongside room sales from MGM and Caesars properties that carried late-September booking deadlines. Free parking and resort fees came up in discussion of value, and the boards were split on MGM comps. Downtown and locals properties drew questions and reports on freeplay tied to player cards and mailers.
In the VegasMessageBoard thread "MGM freeplay issue" on Oct 5, one poster suggested "Perhaps the bug is it will not auto load the 2nd free play during the 14 days the first one is valid," and another said they would book it themselves because the confirmation email detailing the offer "should help if the freeplay doesn't load for some reason." On r/vegas on Oct 2, a commenter said "FreePlay and resort credit in offers are only for the main person." In the VegasMessageBoard thread "MGM Q3 Corp to Regional Offers," a poster said on Sep 20 that freeplay had been added to their account but with no offer to click, "so no view on whether the FP has an expiry date," and on Sep 30 another asked whether anyone had received Q4 freeplay offers for the regional locations.

A VegasMessageBoard poster said on Oct 10 that the Caesars calendar showed an offer in green under their chosen dates, but when they tried to book, the dates came up as comp. In the VegasMessageBoard thread on the M Resort airfare, freeplay and F&B offer, a poster said on Oct 3 that they had to book through their local Pennplay host because online it was "very unclear as to whether or not we actually booked under the offer or just a room." A poster on r/vegas said on Oct 4 and Oct 5 that a Tuscany Suites discount code produced 20% off for repeat customers and no breakfast, and that the manager refused to honor the offer. On Sep 25 a VegasMessageBoard poster said Vdara showed two MGM offers, one at 25% off and one at 35% off, both with the $100 daily credit, and asked why anyone would choose the 25% offer.

A VegasMessageBoard thread on Sep 22 advertised The Great Vegas Sale for MGM Rewards members at up to 35% off room rates plus a $100 daily F&B credit, book by 9/28/26, and Mandalay Bay's own X account posted up to 50% off room rates during the sale on Sep 24 and Sep 25. On Sep 22, Caesars Palace's own X account posted the Vegas 5-Day Sale at up to 30% off rooms, and Flamingo's own account posted savings of up to 60% on stays with a $50 daily dining and beverage credit. A VegasMessageBoard thread advertised the Caesars "Ready. Set. Vegas." offer, book by September 29, 2026 at 9am PT. The tables count 41 items under discounts and codes for Sep 21 to Sep 27.

An X account, @lvbloggerandi, said on Oct 9 that Treasure Island "is still offering free parking," and a poster on r/vegas on Sep 29 asked whether to stay at the Strat and park free at Treasure Island. In an r/vegas thread on Excalibur parking on Oct 6 and Oct 7, commenters said the MGM credit card includes free parking at all MGM properties, that veterans get Pearl status and free parking automatically, and that drivers could park at South Point. A VegasMessageBoard poster said on Sep 14 that "the only real benefit of Pearl is the free parking," and @SlickdealsGo advertised Sahara all-in rates from $49 per night with no resort fee and free parking, stay through January 14, 2027. The tables count 13 parking items for Sep 28 to Oct 4 and 11 for Oct 5 to Oct 11.

In the r/vegas thread "MGM Rewards Comps" on Oct 5, a Platinum member said "the comps have been great," with "a couple dozen comp rooms this year" and a comped stay at the Cosmopolitan that night. On VegasMessageBoard on Sep 28 a poster said their MGM comps were "honestly better than I think I deserve" but that "for low rollers their casinos just plain suck." On r/vegas on Sep 14 a commenter said "MGM needs to do way better" and that myVEGAS app rewards "have gotten markedly worse now too."

On r/vegas on Sep 18, commenters described Golden Gate's daily 6-7p open bar with freeplay vouchers as needing a players card. One said the voucher means "basically guaranteed $5 of free play, but i've seen people get 50-100 dollars," and another noted "there is usually a pretty long line." A VegasMessageBoard poster said on Oct 3 that the Night Starts Here freeplay ranges $5-$1000, and that their sister received $10 and they received $25. A Four Queens mailer reported on Oct 5 showed "$20 fp each month (same as Sept/Oct)" for one poster, with two comp nights per month compared with BOGO last time. A VegasMessageBoard thread titled with an entry deadline of 10/12/26 quoted the South Point contest rules: entrants with a valid, unique email will receive one free room night by email on October 15, 2026.

One grid: properties down, offer categories across, postings in the cells. Click any number for the postings behind it, each with its source and its link. Reaction is net over scored postings and reads only the sentences that talk about the offer, so a glowing trip report that mentions a comp night scores nothing here. Cell colors follow the same rule.
The subset of postings concrete enough to name: an amount, a code, a freebie, extracted from the text itself.

Announced offers, from the news desks. Announcements are listed with their outlet and are never scored: a press release has no board reaction to report.
Questions about offers, last 30 days: what people are trying to find is its own signal. No reactions here; a question is not a review.

pipeline/analyze.mjs). A promotion's name is its extracted signature, meaning the dollar amount, percent, code, or freebie the text actually states; sightings sharing a property and signature cluster into one row; "unspecified offer" means promo language with no concrete detail we could pull. Asking about offers is split from reporting one by the same question cues the sentiment rules use. Reactions are per posting and scoped to the offer: only the sentences containing promo language are scored, so general trip sentiment in the same post stays out of the promo ledger. The property score is the net over scored postings, with unscored counts shown beside it. One posting never colors another; a press release is never scored at all.Marked words are the terms the keyword lexicon counts. Each entry links to the original post. Media entries show the tone of coverage and never enter a board score.
