Mandalay Bay or Golden Nugget Which Would You Pick?… ndalay Bay and Golden Nugget for the next trip. Mandalay Bay was an easy choice with four comped nights, FreePlay, food credit, and that ridiculous pool setup, then Golden Nugget got me with a cheap promo, no resort fee, Fremont, and the shark tank pool. Does anyone like non-Circa downtown casinos?… l and depressing the vast majority of them are. Circa feels like a "real" casino, as does Golden Nugget to a certain extent, but all the rest just seemed so sad. Deceiving Cancellation Policy from the Golden Nugget, Las Vegas. Any Help?I planned a family trip to the Golden Nugget and booked five rooms several weeks in advance. Caesars SoldWell the Golden Nugget certainly deteriorated after Tilman Fertitta bought it, hope Caesars casinos don't suffer same fate!

First time in vegasHey, I am in vegas for the first time ever. I went to go to casinos to do a bit of gambling but it seems to just be a bunch of kiosks with giant phone game slot machines? Went to golden nugget and places off Fremont street. But what's the deal with all these kiosks?

Golden Nugget Parlor Suites… in Vegas this Summer. We are staying at the Golden Nugget because that’s our spot and we love being Downtown. Golden Nugget This WeekendStaying at the GN this weekend, never been. Is it clean? Is it a shithole? Not a fan of the strip and LOVE downtown but don’t want the “Circus Circus” of Fremont street for a home base. Stayed at the D last year just didn’t like it. Is Golden Nugget safe or will I absolutely be s …

Blackjack game with lucky cat dice rollLast year my brother and I played this awesome blackjack variant game where you roll the dice for lucky cats in the event of a dealer 22. I think it was at the Golden Nugget but my brother said he didn't see it there recently. Does anyone know where we can find this? Thanks!

re: Poker Ultimate UTH VegasI remember it being a bonus bet for the progressive. They take it and if you win they pay out accordingly. UTH at the Orleans casino was one of my faves because of min bet being reasonably low. Also, Golden Nugget is good.

re: If You're Gonna Play the Game - LAS/Tahoe/RNO/DEN - 8/19 - 9/18… unch at Golden Nugget Oyster Bar with a friend. Clam chowder was decent, but not special. Oysters were great. The new pool area at Caesars is AMAZING. Too bad it's freezing out. And new bars on the casino floor at CR too. May have had a cocktail or two too many here after dinner.

re: Old VegasEl Cortez is popular bc of the influencers who gamble there, but it's just about the worst casino Downtown for low rollers. $15 dollar table minimums, many of which go up to $25 on weekends, and lousy rules: no DAS on blackjack, for example. Their VP paytables are tied with Golde …

re: Old VegasIf you're looking for budget friendly, try Four Queens and a room NOT on the Fremont side. It's central on Fremont and has Magnolias, a hidden gem of a restaurant. If you have a little more to spend, Golden Nugget and Circa are great for downtown.

re: Old VegasVery good recommendation. Circa is the most popular and trendy, then Golden Nugget… but I would stay at 4 Queens or Plaza. Quieter options are Main Street or California. Downtown Grand has some inexpensive rooms at times.

re: Golden Nugget All Inclusive Offer (Book by 12/26/26)This one hit my email this morning. I consider it a great deal, especially including complimentary upgrade to Rush Tower. re: Thoughts about hotels on the Fremont Street…Golden Nugget would have all three. El Cortez does as well. It’s farther but IMO I get way better service over there than GN. It’s a much smaller place so checking in and everyone at the front is usually pretty friendly and eager to help.
